The recent QuickBooks course I took with By the Book Accounting was a true eye opener. Although, I had limited working knowledge of the software, Bernadette did a fantastic job of not only giving our class the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the software, but she also told our group why we were doing what we were doing. This has helped tremendously especially when remembering most of the features. Our company is so much more efficient in its billing and financial tracking by using the techniques taught by Bernadette.
